    Article summary

04 Aug 2020 More stable, more reliable, more consistent: Mapp has rebuilt the infrastructure behind Mapp Intelligence analysis and report exports. Last month, Mapp announced that all calculation triggering elements were included in the CSV and Excel export files, like live and raw data variants of Analyses, Sparklines and Single KPIs. To enhance your exports experience, Mapp has improved the stability and eliminated consistency issues.

    What's Changed?

Imagine the following: You have set up a report with 20 or more elements. One of them is malconfigured or a dimension used in an analysis was deleted earlier by one of your colleagues. Before, the results could not be calculated and the file could not be exported. The new infrastructure improvements tackle exactly this issue. Now an export is generated even though the analysis or report contains elements that were not successfully calculated. If this is the case, you will see data for the calculations that went well and the following error message for the erroneous elements within the exported file:
An error occurred while processing data.
