1 September 2025 We’ve improved how permissions are grouped in Mapp Intelligence’s User Management. Permissions for dimensions and metrics are now handled more consistently across accounts, making administration clearer and more reliable.
Previously, grouping was based on internal system IDs, which could vary between accounts. With this update, grouping is now based on the IDs you assign when creating parameters or categories.

Consistent & Clean Grouping: Permissions are now based on the same IDs you assign when creating parameters or categories. This ensures that related items always appear together in one group within User Management. Automatically generated objects (like Teaser Views or Teaser Clicks) are no longer duplicated across multiple groups in User Management.
Reliable Behavior: Permissions now work consistently across all accounts, reducing errors and confusion.
