# Mapp Intelligence: Google Tag Manager Template 1.4.0

**13 May 2025**Version 1.4.0 of our Google Tag Manager (GTM) plugin for Mapp Intelligence is now available. It features a bug fix and two notable adjustments to tag configuration behavior.

## What’s new?

- **Removed Option:** The ability to include the Mapp Acquire**script within the template has been removed to streamline the configuration and reduce redundancy.
- **New Default Behavior:** A new default behavior was introduced to improve event tracking: if an event is configured without a name, the system now automatically assigns the name `NoEventNameGiven`. This resolves previous issues where unnamed events could lead to execution problems or data inconsistencies.

## How to Get It

To update, go to the **Templates**section in your Google Tag Manager account, locate the Mapp Cloud Template, and click the update icon in the overview. Follow the provided instructions to complete the update.

## Availability

This update was rolled out on May 13, 2025. To benefit from the latest changes, please manually update the Mapp Cloud template within your GTM environment.
