Mapp Intelligence: (Smart) Alerts

16 Dec 2019 Webtrekk released a new alert function, which makes it possible to automatically monitor metrics and dimensions. There are two kinds of alerts, Regular Alerts and Smart Alerts. Regular Alerts send an e-mail if all rule-based conditions are met. Smart Alerts automatically detect anomalies and distribute the information via email. Both types of alerts help inform the right people about important changes in the data. This enables them to immediately analyze the causes or to take countermeasures.

Common alerts are for example

• Irregularities in the conversion rate

• Bounce rate spike for paid traffic

• Sudden increase in visitor numbers

Alerts are currently visible to all Webtrekk admins
