# Mapp Intelligence: Smart Pixel 6.5.0 Enhancements

**3 March 2025** We've introduced new capabilities in Smart Pixel 6.5.0 to enhance tracking flexibility and accuracy.

## What’s new?

- **Automatic Event Tracking** – You can now configure automatic tracking for clicks on any HTML element. *(See*[*Event Tracking Extension*](/v1/docs/event-tracking)*)*
- **Multitab Browsing Control** – Choose how Mapp Intelligence tracks user activity across multiple browser tabs.
  - **Track all opened tabs immediately** – A page view is recorded as soon as a new tab is opened, even if the user does not switch to it.
  - **Track only visible tabs** – A page view is recorded only when the tab becomes visible, ensuring accurate representation of user navigation. *(See*[*Advanced*](/v1/docs/tracking-configuration-advanced)*)*
- **Pre-Rendering & Background Tracking** – Smart Pixel can now track pre-rendered tabs and those not in focus. *(See*[*Advanced*](/v1/docs/tracking-configuration-advanced)*)*

## Availability

Update to the latest version of **Smart Pixel 6.5.0** to access these enhancements.
