It allows, for example, the following analyses: - At which field do visitors most often abandon a form? - What is the completion rate of a specific form? - Which fields are filled in before a form is abandoned? - Mapp Intelligence distinguishes between forms that were accessed, abandoned, and submitted. A form counts as submitted as soon as the Submit button is clicked. - Values entered into form fields can also be analyzed. If data is transferred anonymized, you can analyze whether a form field was filled in or not. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/554b9b98-6720-4d8b-9919-c7b203d72648/Images/Documentation/image(258).png) > [!NOTE] > Note > > Error messages should be tracked separately, using custom parameters. Also note that if a visitor closes the browser right after leaving a form without any further interaction, the abandonment may not always be captured — a subsequent page view or interaction is typically needed to confirm it. ## Analysis Available in *Navigation > Forms*.
