Shows how often media was viewed completely.
It requires the value "eof" to be submitted as the media event (parameter "mk").
The event only counts as a complete view if the current position parameter ("mt1") matches the total play duration parameter ("mt2") at the time "eof" is sent. If the values do not match, the view is not counted as complete.
