One week is defined as capturing all behavior for message sent from "12:00am Sunday" through "11:59pm Saturday."
Each KPI has 12 data points representing a rolling 12-week period. Regardless of when the behavior occurs, the behavior will attributed to the overall week, not specifically when the behavior occurred.

Past 12 Weeks |
For a more detailed look at any of the KPIs you can click on the graph under the "Past 12 Weeks" column. This displays an overlay window illustrating the performance of that specific over a 12-week period. The overlay will have 12 data points plotted over that period. Roll over any plotted data point to reveal the specific count. |

Each KPI will have an arrow and color representing a positive or negative change. The Up arrow will always indicate a positive change, but the color will vary depending on the KPI. For example, an increase in Click Rate would display an Up/Green arrow. However, a decrease in Opt-Outs would display an Up/Red arrow. |
