A visit (or session) represents a user’s interaction with the website. It begins when a user views the first page or triggers the first event (such as clicking a link). The visit ends after 30 minutes of inactivity—meaning no pages were viewed or events recorded. This period, known as the “session timeout,” can be configured within Mapp Intelligence.
