# My Activity Card

## Overview

The **My Activity** card shows the objects you have recently created or edited in Mapp Engage. Each object that you worked on in the last 15 days appears as its own card. This provides a quick overview of your latest activities and allows you to continue working immediately.

## Card Details

Each card in **My Activity** displays the following information (in visual order on the card):

- **Object Type**![](https://cdn.document360.io/554b9b98-6720-4d8b-9919-c7b203d72648/Images/Documentation/CleanShot 2025-08-27 at 12.25.30@2x.png) – Visual indicator of the type of object (Message, CMS Message, Selection, Landing Page).
- **Name & Timestamp** – Title line with the name of the object and the date/time of your last action.
- **Action** – The most recent action performed, for example: *Created*, *Edited*, *Archived*, *Dearchived*, *Activated*, *Transferred*, *Calculated*, *Published*, *Scheduled*, *Deactivated*.
- **Message Status** (for messages) – Shows whether the message is a *Draft Message* or a *Prepared Message*.
- **Group Name** (for prepared messages) – Displays the group assigned to the message.
- **Template Name** (for CMS messages) – The CMS template used to create the message.
- **Contacts / Calculation Date** (for selections) – Shows the current contact count and the last calculation date.
- **Domain / Page Name / URL** (for landing pages) – Shows publication details, including status and access URL.
- **Selection (Segment)** – Shows the applied audience filter. In Mapp Engage, *Selection* in the UI corresponds to **Segment**. Both terms describe the same concept. If no selection/segment was applied, this field is empty.

- **Edit**![](https://cdn.document360.io/554b9b98-6720-4d8b-9919-c7b203d72648/Images/Documentation/CleanShot 2025-08-27 at 12.24.25@2x.png) – Opens the object in edit mode so you can continue work or start a sendout.

### Permissions

To view the **My Activity** card and interact with the different object types, the following permissions are required:

| **629** | Messaging: Edit All Prepared Messages | User can edit all prepared messages. |
| **630** | Messaging: View All Prepared Messages | User can view all prepared messages. |

## Additional Information

- The card only shows **your own work**. Activities of team members are not displayed.
- Deleted objects do not appear.
- Each card always reflects the **last action** performed on the object.
