# Mapp Engage: New SMS Provider

**22 Mar 2023** Mapp has expanded the selection of available SMS providers with [Infobip](https://www.infobip.com/sms/features).

## Key Benefits

- Integration of outbound (MT) and inbound (MO) SMS
- Delivery reporting (DLR) available
- Reliable deliverability

## Availability

The new provider is available in Mapp Engage as of 28 March, 2023. The channel needs to be set up by Mapp. Please get in touch with your Customer Success or Account Manager to get things started.
