The Statistics area provides detailed, real-time insights into how your messages perform, so you can understand your reach, engagement, and outcomes, and optimize future campaigns.


What you can measure

Statistics provide reporting on key KPIs such as:

  • Opens, clicks, and conversions

  • Forwards and whether forwarding led to audience growth

  • Bounces and deliverability indicators to help identify issues in address data or sendout settings


Supported channels

Statistics include tracking and response data for:

  • Email

  • SMS

  • Mobile push notifications

Available metrics vary by channel, depending on technical capabilities.


How you can use it

Use charts, graphs, and visual analysis tools to:

  • Evaluate campaign performance at a glance

  • Compare results across messages and audiences

  • Download or export data to support reporting outside of Mapp Engage (print, download graphs, Excel/CSV exports)


Beyond message performance

In addition to message statistics, Mapp Engage also offers:
