    Navigation Path​

    1. In the ​main navigation​, click User Management​ > ​System Users​.

    2. In the ​Actions​ column, click   > ​Group Roles​.

    3. Click ​Ownerships​.

    Purpose​

    In this tab, you manage the ownerships of a system user.

    What can I do in this window?

    • Transfer groups that belong to the system user to new owners.

    • Check the groups that belong to the system user.

    Background Information​

    The ​Ownerships​ tab is only visible to system users who have the corresponding role and permissions.

    Actions​

    Use the ​Ownerships​ tab to manage the groups that belong to a system user. By default, the system user who creates a group is the owner of the group.

    Depending on the configuration of the group, the owner of the group has special rights. For example, the owner can receive automated notifications from the group. If the group owner leaves your system or changes position, you can assign a new group owner.

    Description

    ​Change Owner​

    Opens the ​Change Owner​ window. Here you can search for a new owner of the group.

    All system users are available for assignment.

    ​Select All​

    Selects all visible groups to assign them to a new owner.

    ​Filter ​

    Filters the entries according to the values in the filter fields. It is possible to combine multiple filter criteria.

    ​Remove Filter​

    Removes all filters and displays all available entries.

    ​Visible Rows​

    Changes the number of rows displayed per page.

    Navigates to the next or previous page of results. The arrows appear when not all entries can be displayed on one page.
