CMS Email uses a permission-based access model to control who can view, create, edit, and delete email content.
Permissions are assigned per user role and apply to the different CMS content types.
This page provides a simplified overview of how permissions work and which role typically needs which level of access.
Permission Levels
Each CMS content type supports four permission levels:
Use
View and select existing items.
Create
Create new items.
Edit
Modify existing items.
Delete
Remove items from the system.
Not every user needs all permission levels for all content types.
