Goal
Gradually deactivate an active whiteboard so that no new contacts enter, while allowing existing contacts to complete their journey.
Background Information
The phase-out process prevents new contacts from entering a whiteboard but allows existing contacts to finish all configured steps.
This option is only available for active, time-based whiteboards.
When you edit an active whiteboard, it is automatically set to Phasing Out, and a new version is created.
Procedure
Navigate to Automations > Whiteboards.
In the Whiteboards window, click the name of the active whiteboard you want to end gradually.
Click Phase Out. The process starts immediately.
To stop the whiteboard immediately instead, click Deactivate. This ends all automations and removes all contacts from the whiteboard at o
