In March, Mapp Engage will adopt the unified navigation experience used across the Mapp Cloud. This update aligns Engage with the navigation design already available in Mapp Intelligence and other Mapp Cloud products.
This change is part of a broader initiative to establish a consistent navigation structure and look and feel across the Mapp Cloud.

How Does It Work?
A refreshed top navigation bar replaces the existing header navigation.
A redesigned side navigation provides access to all existing areas and modules.
Access to Documentation moves from the top navigation into the side navigation and opens context-specific help for the area you are currently working in.
No features, configurations, or workflows change as part of this update.
If you are already using Mapp Intelligence, the navigation will feel familiar. The Engage update follows the same overall structure introduced in Intelligence in December.
Availability
The unified navigation will be available to all Mapp Engage users starting March 23, 2026. No action is required. Your current configurations and workflows continue to work as before.
