# Preannouncement - Mapp Intelligence: Pie Chart Updates

**05 Feb 2024** We'll update our Pie Chart visualization to provide an even more complete view of your data starting later this week.

## Key Benefits

Our charts always represent only the selected rows. As such, 100% of the information isn't included despite how a pie chart may appear. To make this clearer:

- We now provide an 'other' segment, showing the difference between the data in the chart and the remainder. This is calculated by subtracting the displayed data from the footer value.
- The value of the metrics will be added to the chart.
- We're increasing the prominence of the legend for all chart visualizations.

This feature will go live on February 8th.
