Process Step Exits

Shows the number of times the following mandatory or optional process step was not accessed for each process step.

The fact of how the exit is counted depends explicitly on the chosen validity in the configuration of the process:

• Validity "Process"
  A user is counted as an exit when he doesn't access the subsequent process step within the visit and/or start the process again before they finish it.

• Validity "Visit" / "Visitor"
  A user is counted as an exit when he doesn't access the subsequent process step within the visit.
