Process Step Exits

Shows the number of times the following mandatory or optional process step was not accessed for each process step.

The fact on how the exit is counted depends explicitly on the chosen validity in the configuration of the process:

• Validity "Process"
  A user is counted as an exit when he doesn't access the subsequent process step within the visit and/or starts the process again before he finishes it.

• Validity "Visit" / "Visitor"
  A user is counted as an exit when he doesn't access the subsequent process step within the visit.
