# Regular Newsletter Sendout

## Objective

Send a newsletter that should be delivered to subscribers on a weekly or monthly basis.

## Prerequisites

Before you build the whiteboard, make sure you create a prepared message with the newsletter that is updated before every sendout.

## Whiteboard

When contacts sign up, they are added to the correct group and will then receive the newsletter on the first day of each month.

**Show detailed configuration**

2. **Send Email** to all selected contacts containing the monthly newsletter.

> Make sure that the content of the Prepared Message is edited each month so that the whiteboard doesn't have to be changed.
