Overview
Related Data is a function of the Mapp Engage that allows storage of data in the cloud of the Mapp Engage. If you have the function Related Data, then you can store data in your Related Data in individual related data sets.
Each related data set can contain different information and can be linked to other related data sets or to recipient attributes. It is also possible to integrate related data into emails without linking it to singular recipients. To see some example scenarios of how Related Data can be used.
All related data sets stored in the system are displayed in the Related Data Overview window. Depending on the permission settings, it may be that some data sets are not displayed for some users. If a related data set is not displayed, contact your account manager.
