# Scheduled Sendouts Card

## Overview

The **Scheduled Sendouts** card shows upcoming group sendouts and automations for the next 15 days. Each scheduled activity appears as its own card so you can quickly see what is planned.

## Navigation Path

*Dashboard > Start*

## Card Details

Each scheduled sendout card displays the following information (in visual order on the card):

- **Channel Icon** – Visual indicator of the channel (email, SMS, mobile push).
- **Message Name & Sendout Time** – Title line with the internal message name and the scheduled start time.
- **Sendout Type** – For example “Email Sendout”, “Split Sendout”, or “SuperMessage”.
- **Group** – The name of the group that will receive the message.
- **Group Size** – The number of active members in the group when the sendout was scheduled. This number can change if members join or leave before sendout. If a *Selection/Segment* is applied, **Group Size is not displayed**.
- **Selection** – The applied audience filter. In Mapp Engage, a *Selection* corresponds to a **Segment**. Segments are used to target contacts who match defined criteria. If no selection/segment was applied, this field is empty.
- **Automation Name** (for automations) – The internal name of the automation.
- **Automation Type** (for automations) – Identifies if the automation was created with the Whiteboard or as a manual time-based automation.
- **Preview Icon** ![](https://cdn.document360.io/554b9b98-6720-4d8b-9919-c7b203d72648/Images/Documentation/CleanShot 2025-08-27 at 10.50.04@2x.png) – Opens a preview of the scheduled message. For split sendouts, preview is not available because the main variant is only determined shortly before sendout.
- **Reschedule** ![](https://cdn.document360.io/554b9b98-6720-4d8b-9919-c7b203d72648/Images/Documentation/CleanShot 2025-08-27 at 11.45.15@2x.png) – Opens the **Reschedule** view, where you can adjust the scheduled time or resend the message without creating a new one.
