Segments

With segments, filters can be saved independently of an analysis. This allows quick access to even complex filter setups in Mapp Intelligence.

Mapp Intelligence Segments are available as CI Segments in Mapp Engage. Learn more about it on this page: Create segments in Intelligence and use them in Engage

To create a segment, go to Mapp Intelligence > Segment Manager > Create new segment and add the filter criteria. You can find additional information in the training chapter Segmentation and Filter Options
