# Sent Messages Card

## Overview

The **Sent Messages** card provides a quick overview of recent message sendouts in Mapp Engage. It helps you monitor the delivery of email, SMS, and mobile push messages from the past 15 days, with easy access to previews and performance statistics.

## Card Details

Each card contains the following information:

- **Message Icon** ![](https://cdn.document360.io/554b9b98-6720-4d8b-9919-c7b203d72648/Images/Documentation/CleanShot 2025-08-27 at 10.48.32@2x.png) – Visual indicator of the channel (e.g., email, SMS, push).
- **Message Name** – The internal name of the message. Not visible to recipients.
- **Sendout Timestamp** – Date and time when the sendout started.
- **Sendout Type** – Identifies if the sendout was a group message, split sendout, or submessage.
- **Group / Group Name** – Name of the group that received the sendout.
- **App Name** (for Push only) – Name of the mobile app receiving the notification.
- **Selection** – Shows the applied audience filter. In Mapp Engage, a *Selection* corresponds to a [**Segment**](/v1/docs/segmentation-builder). Segments target contacts who match defined criteria. If no selection/segment was applied, this field is empty.
- **KPIs (Email only)** – Three [performance indicators](/v1/docs/kpis-group-messages) displayed directly on the card:
  - *Accepted* – Number of successfully handed-over messages.
  - *Confirmed Open Rate* – Percentage of accepted messages that were opened (via tracking pixel or link click).
  - *CTR (Click-Through Rate)* – Percentage of accepted messages where a link was clicked.

## Additional Information

- Only completed sendouts appear. Ongoing or cancelled sendouts do not create a card.
- If no sendouts exist in the past 15 days, or if permissions are missing, the section remains empty.
- Required permissions:
  - *605 – Messaging: View Sent Messages*
  - *608 – Messaging: View Message Statistics*
