# Mapp Intelligence: Sunset of Mapp Acquire Scripts for the Shopify Plugin

**13 May 2025**Version 2.6.0 of the Mapp Shopify Plugin removes support for Mapp Acquire scripts, aligning with the deprecation of this feature across our platforms.

## What’s new?

The option to include Mapp Acquire scripts within the Shopify plugin has been removed. This change reflects the broader discontinuation of support for Mapp Acquire, ensuring a leaner and more current plugin experience. Users will no longer see configuration options or script injections related to Acquire.

## Availability

This update was rolled out on May 13, 2025, and is automatically available to all customers using the plugin. No activation or further action is required.
