Overview
Mapp Engage is a cloud-based application designed to run in standard, modern web browsers. Because browsers release updates frequently, it is not always possible to certify every version in advance. We therefore provide best-effort support for functional issues that may arise with new versions of currently supported browsers.
Note:
Using Mapp Engage in multiple browser tabs simultaneously is only supported when using private or incognito mode.
To ensure the best performance, security, and UI stability, we strongly recommend keeping your browser up to date.

Updating Your Browser
Using the latest browser version helps maintain compatibility and ensures correct rendering of the application. To update your browser, refer to the official documentation for:
Mobile Browsers
Mobile browsers are not officially supported for the Mapp Cloud application interfaces. For the best experience, use a desktop browser.
Viewport Resolution
To ensure all interface elements are displayed correctly, we recommend the following screen resolutions:
Minimum: 1024 × 768 pixels
Recommended: 1280 × 960 pixels
Security Considerations: TLS Support
TLS 1.0 is considered insecure and should not be used with Mapp Engage (it was never publicly released for the platform). Modern browsers typically disable TLS 1.0 by default, but you should verify that it is not enabled in your browser settings.
