      Objective

      Your company is taking part in a fair in London. You are showcasing products that would be of particular interest to people in their forties and fifties. Your objective is to send invitations to suitable contacts.

      Prerequisites

      Store the following contact information as custom attributes in the Engage system:

      • Age

      • Location

      • Interests

      Segment

      Show detailed configuration

      • Condition 1
        First, narrow down your contacts' age to be between 40 and 59, by using Contact Profile > Profile Attribute and the custom attribute Age.

      • Condition 2
        Next, select Contact Profile > Profile Attribute, then the custom attribute City, and value London.

      • Condition 3
        Finally, specify the area of interest:  Contact Profile > Profile Attribute, select the attribute Interests and specify the value.

      Follow-up Action

      Use the segment in the sendout of the invitation email.
