# Unsubscribe All  Email Replies

## Goal

Automatically unsubscribe all recipients who reply to an email message.

## Background Information

When you send an email with Mapp Engage, recipients can reply directly to the message. These replies can include auto-responses, questions, service requests, or other feedback.

Mapp Engage allows you to define how incoming replies are handled. One available option is to treat every reply, regardless of subject line or content, as an unsubscribe request. With this configuration, any recipient who replies to an email is unsubscribed from the selected group.

## Procedure

1. Navigate to *Audience > Group Management > Groups*.
2. Click the group options icon next to the relevant group. The **General Settings** tab opens.
3. Open the **Reply Handling** tab.
4. From the **Email Reply Handling** drop-down list, select **Treat as Unsubscribe Request**.
5. Click **Save**.
