    Categories are used to grant access to reports easily.

    When creating a report, you can assign it to a category. All users who are assigned to this category (which is defined via roles) can see, edit, and/or delete the report. Which of these rights are granted to the user depends on the configuration done in the "Role" area. Reports not assigned to a category are only visible for the login who created the report and for users with full access.

    Categories can be defined in this area. Within the role configuration, you can assign categories to roles.
