# User Management - Exports

## Export report scheduling information

Here you can create and download an Excel file that includes report information and metadata.

## Included data:

| Column | Description |

| Title | Title of the report |
| Creation | Creation date |
| Last modification | Last modification date |
| Last modified by | Last modified by User |
| Description | Report description |
| Categories | (Report) Categories |
| Account | Mapp Intelligence Account |
| Track ID | Mapp Intelligence Track ID |
| Report creator | User name of Report creator. Not available if the user has been deleted. |
| Dispatch type | E-Mail / Remote server / n.a. |
| Schedule status | Active / Inactive / n.a. |
| Scheduling interval | (only available if Schedule status Active or Inactive) Daily / Weekly / Monthly. |
| Scheduled on | (only available if Schedule status Active or Inactive) every day, Monday, Tuesday... |
| Scheduled time | (only available if Schedule status Active or Inactive) at 00:00, at 01:00... |
| Schedule creator | (only available if Schedule status Active or Inactive) User name of Schedule creator |
| Schedule creator status | (only available if Schedule status Active or Inactive) Shows the status of the user who created the schedule. active / inactive / deleted |
| Recipient | (only available if Schedule status Active or Inactive) shows the email address of the recipients |

## Account selection

Reports from the selected accounts will be included in the export.

## Category selection

Reports from the selected Categories will be included in the export.

| Option | Description |
| --- | --- |
| Add reports without categories | If activated, private reports (without any selected categories) will also be included in the export. |
| Add reports predefined by the system | Mapp Intelligence includes some predefined reports. If activated, they will be included in the export. This option works independently of the selected categories above. |
| Add reports with dispatch to remote servers | If activated, all reports with the Dispatch type **Remote Server** will be included. This option works independently of the selected categories above. |
