      Example for Calculation

      A user performed two orders:

      • January: Order with Return

      • February: Order without Return

      The value for "User Profile - Return shipment Share %" is 50%.

      Note that analyzing the development of this formula over time is usually not useful because there is no time reference. The return must be passed to Mapp Intelligence using the predefined E-Commerce parameter "return value".
