User Profile - Returns

Shows the cumulated number of returns that a user generated from his first contact until his last visit.

Calculation example
A user generated two orders: Order 1 from January was returned. Order 2 from February was not returned. The value for "User Profile - Returns" is 1.

Note that analyzing the development of this metric over time is usually not useful because there is no time reference.

The return must be passed to Mapp Intelligence using the predefined E-Commerce parameter "return value".
