Where can segments be used, that were created in the Segment Manager?

Mapp Intelligence

You can select the segments in the filter engine; this way, you can filter analyses, reports, and metrics quickly and easily.
Please note that the segment is only available in the Auto scope. The scope of a segment is "Visitors."

The segments are available to all users of the account.

Mapp Segment Manager

Here you can create and delete segments or use them to filter on users.

Mapp Marketing Automation

Here you can use the segment as the target group and create specific campaigns for users belonging to this segment.

Mapp Engage

You can use the segment in the Mapp Engage segmentation builder to target contacts. Learn more bout it in this article.
