    1. In the ​Main Navigation​, click ​Content​ > ​Landing Pages​.

    In step ​3. Publish​, you schedule and publish the landing page.

    • Preview: This button opens a ​Preview​ in a new window. This preview corresponds to the display in the web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox) currently in use. Problems that may occur when viewing the landing page in a different browser are not identified.

    • Name: This column shows the name of the landing page in Engage. This name is only used to identify the name of the landing page within the Engage system.

    • Description: This entry displays the description of the landing page defined during landing page creation.

    • Domain: This entry displays the domain(s) of the selected system. The domain is a part of the landing page URL.

    • Page Name: This field displays the page name of the landing page. The page name is used to create the landing page URL and must be unique.

    • Character Set: This field displays the character set of the landing page. This checkbox ensures that the characters are correctly displayed (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Character_encoding).

    • Publish: This entry defines when the landing page is published.

      • Publish Immediately: The landing page is published as soon as the ​Publish​ button is clicked.

      • Schedule Publishing Date and Time: The landing page is automatically published at a scheduled date and time. The publication date must be earlier than the expiration date.The   symbol defines the date and time of publication in the format yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss.

    • Deactivate on: This field defines when the landing page is scheduled to be automatically deactivated by the Engage system.

      • Landing Page is Never Deactivated: The landing page is never deactivated by the system. The page is published until it is manually deactivated. A landing page can be manually deactivated and deleted at any time.

      • Schedule Deactivation Date and Time: The system automatically deactivates the landing page at a defined date and time. The deactivation date must be after the publication date.The   symbol defines the date and time of deactivation in the format yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss.

    • Redirection (After Deactivation): This entry displays the URL of an alternative website to which the user is redirected when the landing page is deactivated. Redirection begins when the original landing page has previously been published at least once and has been manually or automatically deactivated. This includes both when:

      • the page is automatically deactivated at a scheduled date and time, or

      • the page is manually deactivated by the system user.

      Redirection is automatically deactivated when the landing page is deleted. Entering a URL for redirection is optional.

    • Landing page URL: This field displays the landing page URL.
