Step 5. Other Data
In this step, you can select additional data for export. For a detailed description of the available data types for each category, refer to the Raw Data Export File documentation.
Key Identifiers
To ensure clear identification of information in the export, you can include the following key identifiers:
Email
User ID
Message ID
Event Timestamp
Event Type
If exporting data for a single event or message, selecting the event type or message ID is not necessary.
Available Data for Export
Identifiers
If evaluating the export at the user level, select User ID. If available, it is recommended that a custom attribute be included in the export.
Important
This section is only visible if you have system permission 255: Sensitive User Data.
To block the download of personally identifiable information (PII), avoid granting permission 255. PII includes any data connected to tracking information (e.g., names).
Group and Message Data
This defines which information about the selected groups and messages is included in the data, which can also contain information about selections.
If you want to export data in separate files for multiple groups, you must select ID here.
Generic Information (Email, Push, WebPush)
This provides basic information related to the selected data. The fields Event Timestamp, Event Type, and Sendout Type are included by default for each event, ensuring consistency for further data processing. Each row will automatically contain these fields.
Attributes
Displays all standard, custom, and member attributes available for export. The export captures the attribute value at the time of export. If the value changes between sendout and export, the export will still reflect the value at the time of sendout.
Column Names
To see a list of the names of the columns in the export file, click Show Column Names.
