Description

Key Identifiers

Adds identifiers to clearly distinguish records in the export. Available options include Email, User ID, Message ID, Event Timestamp, and Event Type. If you export data for a single event or a single message, selecting Event Type or Message ID is not required.

Identifiers

Defines how users are identified in the export. If you evaluate data at the user level, select User ID. If available, it is recommended to include a custom attribute in the export. This section is only visible with system permission 255: Sensitive User Data.

Group and Message Data

Defines which information about selected groups and messages is included in the export. This can also contain information about selections. If you want to export data for multiple groups into separate files, you must select the ID field.

Generic Information (Email, Push, WebPush)

Provides basic information related to the selected data. The fields Event Timestamp, Event Type, and Sendout Type are included by default for each event. These fields are automatically added to every row to ensure consistency for further data processing.

Attributes

Displays all standard, custom, and member attributes available for export. The export captures the attribute value at the time it is exported. If a value changes between sendout and export, the file still reflects the value at the time of sendout.

Note:

The Identifiers section is only visible if you have system permission 255: Sensitive User Data. To block the download of personally identifiable information (PII), do not grant permission 255. PII includes any data connected to tracking information, such as names.
