Overview
Abandoned Cart is a predefined eCommerce data table that stores products a contact adds to a shopping cart in an online store but does not purchase. This data is saved in Mapp Engage and linked to the contact profile.
The data can be used for email personalization and for running abandoned cart campaigns.

Abandoned Cart requires a product catalog-related data table to be available.

Common Use Cases
Store abandoned cart product data: Products that are added to a cart but not purchased are stored per contact.

Abandoned Cart Data Structure
The Abandoned Cart table contains the following fields:

The fields are not enumerated and are not required to be unique.
