Use this interface to add contacts to a specific group. You can add existing contacts from your database or create new contacts and include them as group members.
Navigation Path
Go to Audience > Contact Management > Group Members
Select a group from the Group drop-down.
Click Add Members.

Address Type
Defines the key used to identify new members. Supported identifiers: Email, Mobile Numbers, Mobile App Alias.
Email: Add contacts using email, firstname, lastname.
Mobile Numbers: Add contacts using mobile, firstname, lastname.
Mobile App Alias: Add contacts using alias, firstname, lastname.
A sample format is displayed in the input field for the selected address type.
Add Contacts
Determines the subscription mode applied when adding contacts to the group.
With Notification: Sends a notification immediately after import. Contacts can reply to opt out. Used for single opt-in.
Without Notification: Sends no notification. Used for single opt-in.
Invite: Sends an invitation that requires confirmation. Non-responses after 14 days are removed automatically. Until confirmed, contacts have Pending status and do not receive group messages. Used for double opt-in.
New member is a test recipient. Test Recipients receive test sendouts in the group.
Confirms the entries and adds the contacts to the selected group.
