Overview

AMP Message Statistics provide insights into the performance of AMP email messages. Users can analyze delivery results, engagement metrics, and individual recipient activity to evaluate the effectiveness of AMP-based campaigns.


1 Mass Message Statistics

Overview of all sent AMP Email Messages, and an Export option.

Navigation Path

Column

Description

Message Name

Displays the name assigned to the AMP email message.

Status

Shows the delivery status of the message (e.g., completed, processing).

Send date

Indicates the date and time the message was sent.

Segment Name

Identifies the audience segment used for the sendout.

Subject

Shows the subject line of the email.

Accepted & Bounced

Summarizes delivery status: how many messages were accepted or bounced.

Open rate & CTR

Displays confirmed open rate and click-through rate.

Actions

Allows access to the following actions:

  • View Message

  • View Statistics

  • Archive


2 Individual Message Statistics

Overview of the particular message Sendout performance containing Message Information, Delivery Performance, and Recipient Activity sections.

2.1 Message information

Provides key metadata such as segment size, subject, and send time.


2.2 Delivery performance

Accepted Rate, Messages Sent, Accepted, Bounced, Skipped

Statistic

Definition

Accepted Rate

Represents the percentage of delivered vs. sent messages.

Messages Sent

Total number of sent messages.

Accepted

Total number of delivered messages.

Bounced

Total number of bounced (not delivered) messages.

Skipped

Total number of skipped messages.


2.3 Recipient Activity

Confirmed Open Rate, Confirmed Openers, Confirmed Opens, Clickers, CTO, CTR, Total Clicks

Statistic

Description

Confirmed Open Rate

The percentage of delivered messages that were confirmed as opened by recipients.

Confirmed Openers

The number of unique recipients who confirmed an open. Each recipient is counted only once, even if they opened the message multiple times.

Confirmed Opens

The total number of confirmed opens, including multiple opens by the same recipient.

Clickers

The number of unique recipients who clicked at least one link in the AMP message.

CTO (Click-To-Open Rate)

The ratio of unique clickers to unique confirmed openers. This measures the effectiveness of the content once the message is opened.

CTR (Click-Through Rate)

The percentage of delivered messages that resulted in at least one click. Calculated as total clicks divided by the number of delivered messages.

Total Clicks

The total number of link clicks in the message, including multiple clicks by the same recipient.1
