In Mapp Engage, users can archive obsolete messages to maintain a clear overview of active communications. Archived messages, along with their statistics, can be reactivated when necessary. To archive email and SMS messages, navigate to Messages > Outbox > Email/SMS, select the desired messages, and click Archive. For reactivation, filter for archived messages, select them, and click Reactivate. The process is similar for archiving push notifications, in-app messages, and AMP emails; users can click the three dots next to the message and select Archive. To reactivate these types of messages, enable the Show Archive toggle at the top right, select the message, and click Reactivate. This functionality allows for efficient message management within the platform.
You can archive obsolete messages in Mapp Engage and get a clear overview of all your active messages. When needed, archived messages can be reactivated.
