Changes Member Attribute

General Information

The system registers this event when a member attribute of a contact within a specific group is changed.

Important:
Changes to member attributes via import do not trigger this event.

However, this event is triggered when the member attribute is changed through the following methods:

Manual updates in the user interface (UI)
API calls
System-driven changes via contact interaction (e.g., form submissions, behavior-based updates)

This prevents unintended Whiteboard activations.

Setting	Description
Group	Select the group from the drop-down list, or search for it in the search panel.
Member Attribute	Any Member Attribute: All member attribute changes produce the event. Specific MemberAttribute: Defines the attribute that the system checks. You can select one or more attributes. Any of the following: Selected attributes are combined with an OR operator. Contacts must match at least one of the specified attributes to continue down the path. All of the following: Selected attributes are combined with an AND operator. Contacts must match all specified attributes to continue down the path.
Add Attribute	Adds additional attributes and value fields. You can select up to 10 attributes.
