Overview
The CI Segments view lists all Intelligence segments that have been shared with Engage. It allows you to review available segments, see where they are used, and manage daily recalculation settings.

Table Structure
The table displays all CI Segments available in Engage. Each row represents a single segment.
Column Definitions
Column | Description |

CI Segment | The name of the CI Segment as defined in Intelligence. Selecting the row displays details in the panel below. |
Force daily refreshment | Indicates whether daily recalculation is enabled ( |
Last calculation date | The most recent date and time when Intelligence recalculated the segment. |
Currently used in | Shows where the CI Segment is used in Engage (e.g., messages, automations, segmentation logic). If empty, the segment is not currently in use. |
Actions
Action | Description |
|---|---|
On | Enables daily recalculation for all selected CI Segments. |
Off | Disables daily recalculation for all selected CI Segments. |
A system-wide limit applies to the number of CI Segments that can use daily recalculation. When this limit is reached, you cannot enable the setting for additional segments until capacity becomes available.
You can also select all visible segments using Select All.
Details Panel
Selecting a CI Segment opens the Details panel. It updates automatically when you choose another segment.
