Contact Development (Net Growth)

Overview

The Contact Development (Net Growth) card shows how your contact base has developed over the past 30 days. It provides quick insights into whether your audience has grown or decreased, helping you evaluate the impact of your digital marketing activities.

Card Details

Each Contact Development (Net Growth) card displays the following information (in visual order on the card):

• Active Contacts (Number) – Shows the net growth of active contacts in the past 30 days. A positive number indicates growth; a negative number indicates a decrease.

• Contacts (Chart) – Displays the total number of contacts in your system over the past 30 days. You can hover over a date to see the exact count.

• Not-deactivated Members (Number) (group-wide view) – Shows the net change of active members in the selected group over the past 30 days. A positive number indicates growth; a negative number indicates a decrease.

• Members (Chart) (group-wide view) – Displays the total number of members in the selected group over the past 30 days. You can hover over a date to see the exact count.

• View Options (⋮) – In the upper right corner of the card, you can switch between System-Wide and Group-Wide contact statistics.

To view the Contact Development (Net Growth) card, the following permissions are required:

Additional Information

• Data on the card is updated once per day. The latest changes are not displayed immediately.

• To see the time of the last update, hover over the Active Contacts display.

• The card helps track the overall trend of your contact base, not the individual reasons for increases or decreases.
