    Purpose​

    Conversion tracking helps you measure whether your email campaigns increase website traffic and generate sales.

    What can I do in this window?

    • View all the conversion trackings that are enabled in your system.

    • Filter for specific conversion tracking.

    • Archive unused conversion trackings.

    Description

    ​New Conversion Tracking

    Opens the  ​New Conversion Tracking window. Here, you enter settings for a new conversion tracking.

     ​Edit

    Opens the  ​Edit Conversion Tracking window. Here, you change the settings of an existing conversion tracking.

    Description

    ​Owner

    Displays the name of the system user who created the conversion tracking.

    ​Name

    Displays the name of the conversion tracking.

    ​Description

    Displays the description of the conversion tracking.

    ​Creation Date

    Displays the creation date of the conversion tracking.

    ​Orders (All)

    Displays the total number of calls made from your order confirmation page to the Conversion Tracking pixel. 

    This number does not represent all Engage conversions. The page calls the pixel for each page display, so also for organic web traffic.

    ​Conversion (from Messages)

    Displays the number of orders originating from an Engage email where conversion tracking was enabled.

    The number represents pixel tracking calls that are associated with the user ID or Message ID from the tracking cookie set from the click-through of a tracked link.

    ​Total Conversion Value

    The turnover that is recorded on the website that uses this conversion tracking.

    ​Tracking Pixel Links (Cookie Version)

    Displays the URLs of the tracking pixels that are used for conversion tracking with web cookies.

    Secure conversion tracking with web cookies requires that you set up a secure domain. To activate this option, contact your customer representative.

    Tracking Pixel Links (Cookieless Version)

    Displays the URLS of the tracking pixels that are used for conversion tracking without web cookies.

    ​Date of Last Error

    Displays the date of the last reported error for the selected conversion tracking.

    ​Cause of Last Error

    Displays the cause of the last reported error for the selected conversion tracking.

    Change Display Options

    Setting

    Description

    ​Show

    Controls whether the table displays active or archived entries.

    ​Filter

    Filters the entries according to the values in the filter fields. It is possible to combine multiple filter criteria.

    ​Remove Filter

    Removes all filters and displays all available entries.

    ​Visible Rows

    Changes the number of rows that are displayed per page.

    Navigates to the next or previous page of results. The arrows appear when not all entries can be displayed on one page.

    ​Select All

    Selects all visible entries.

    ​Archive

    Archives any selected entries. Archived entries cannot be used but remain stored in the system.
