Conversions
The Conversions window displays the most important KPIs for evaluating the success of your campaigns. This evaluation is based on the message selected in the previous window (see Group Message Statistics (window)).
Analysis of recipient activity is made possible by using conversion tracking in the message, either with cookies or without cookies (see Cookies-Based Conversion Tracking and Cookie-Less Conversion Tracking). For more information see Basics.
Based on the conversions used in this particular message, the Conversions window provides comparative information about conversions resulting from the message vs. conversions from all sources.
If the message did not contain any type of conversion tracking, the system displays the information "No elements available for display".
Basic Information
This area provides general information about a message and makes it possible to identify the sent message.
Subject: This entry displays the subject of the message. The subject is displayed to the recipients as the subject line of the message in their inbox. The subject line also helps you to identify the message in the system. It is obligatory for sendout.
Message ID: This entry displays the message ID that is automatically assigned by the system during sendout. The message ID is unique.
Group: This entry displays the name of the group to which the message was sent.
Sendout: This entry displays the date and time on which the sendout was started.
Key Performance Indicators
This area provides information about the performance of the message.
Accepted/Accepted Rate: This entry displays the number and rate of messages that were accepted by the recipient's email provider.
Accepted: This is the number of messages that were accepted by the email provider's Message Transfer Agent (MTA). This includes messages delivered to the inbox, spam, or junk folders. Accepted messages are thus all messages that arrived at the email client-server and did not produce a bounce.
According to the eec, accepted messages are calculated as follows:Accepted = Messages Sent - Bounced
Accepted Rate: This entry displays the percentage of messages that were accepted by the receiving Message Transfer Agent (MTA). This includes messages delivered to the inbox, spam, or junk folders. Accepted messages are thus all messages that arrived at the email client-server and did not produce a bounce.
The Accepted Rate is calculated according to the eec as follows:Accepted Rate = Accepted / Messages Sent
Conversions (Unique)/Conversion Rate: This entry displays the percentage of recipients who performed a conversion after clicking on a link in this message.
Conversions (Unique): This entry displays the number of unique recipients who performed a conversion after clicking on a link in this message. This entry is comprehensive for all Conversion Tracking. That is, every recipient who completes a conversion (regardless of which specific conversion it is) is included here. Conversions (Unique) are calculated on the basis of the last click activity in this message. For more information, see Calculation of Conversions.
Conversion Rate: This entry displays the number of unique conversions divided by the number of accepted messages.
This is calculated as follows:Conversion Rate = Conversions (Unique) / Accepted messages
Conversions (Total): This entry displays the total number of conversions performed resulting from this message. This entry is comprehensive for all Conversion Tracking. That is, every recipient who completes a conversion (regardless of which specific conversion it is) is included here. Conversions (Total) are calculated on the basis of the last click activity in this message. For more information, see Calculation of Conversions.
