Create Segments For an Upsell or Reactivation Campaign

Objective
Target contacts who have a low number of transactions. Send them a message encouraging them to return to your website and continue to make purchases.
Prerequisites
An activated Mapp Intelligence account.
The relevant CI Segments set up in your Mapp Intelligence account.
CI Segments enabled in Mapp Engage.
Segment
Option 1
Show detailed configuration
Use Intelligence > Purchase Insights to select contacts with a low Transaction Frequency.
This information can be fed into the Engage system and is then made available in the Unified Contact Profile.
You can define your own insights values under Administration > System Settings > Insights. For more information, see Define Parameters for Value and Loyalty Status.
Option 2
Show detailed configuration
Use Intelligence > CI Segments to select contacts who are not part of the Frequent Buyers segment.
That segment is defined in Mapp Intelligence and shared with Mapp Engage.
Follow-up Action
Use the segments as conditions for your sendouts.
