Objective
Send different email content to different types of contacts without creating multiple emails. For example, prepare one email that includes two separate blocks with different content depending on the contact's activity preference: walking or sailing.
Prerequisites
Contact activity preferences are saved in the Engage system in the form of a custom attribute.
Segments
A) Walking
Show detailed configuration
Condition
Use Profile Attribute > Equals: Walking.
B) Sailing
Show detailed configuration
Condition
Use Profile Attribute > Equals: Sailing.
Follow-up Actions
Create two blocks, one for each segment in the email you wish to send out. Use the segments as Sendout Conditions in the relevant blocks.
