    Deactivate an Event-Based Automation

    Goal​

    To deactivate an event-based automation.

    An inactive automation is never executed by the system.

    Background Information​

    Deactivation changes the status of an automation to ​Deactivated​. This status indicates that an automation was manually deactivated.

    Procedure​

    1. In the ​Main Navigation​, click ​Automation.​
      ⇒The ​Whiteboard Overview​ window opens.

    2. Click the ​Event-based​ tab.

    3. Select the checkbox of the automation you want to deactivate.

    4. At the bottom of the window, click the ​Deactivate​ button.
      ⇒The automation now has the status ​Deactivated​.
