Delete a Coupon List

Goal​

To delete an archived coupon list.

Prerequisites​

• The Coupon Manager is a billable feature that must be activated for your system. To activate the coupon manager, contact your customer service representative.

• The coupon list to delete is archived. Only archived coupon lists can be deleted (see Archive a Coupon List​).

Procedure​

1. In the ​Main Navigation​ , click ​Content​ > ​Voucher Manager > Coupon​.
   ⇒ The ​Coupon Lists Overview​ window opens.

2. From the ​Show​ drop-down list, select ​Archived​ .
   ⇒ All archived coupon lists display.

3. Activate the checkbox at the end of the row for each coupon list you would like to delete.

4. Click the ​Delete​ button.
   ⇒ After a confirmation prompt, each selected coupon list is deleted. All coupon data associated with the list is permanently removed and cannot be retrieved.
