Navigation Path
In the Main Navigation, click Automations > Automations > Time-Based > Create
Basic Settings
Name | The name is used to identify the automation in the system. The maximum length is 100 characters. |
Description | The description makes it easier to identify the automation in the system. This is helpful if many automations of the same type are created. |
Job | This input field defines the job. Find a list of all available jobs here. |
Define Job
This area defines the specific parameters of the job. The fields displayed here depend on the specific job.

Define Segment
Segment | A segment filters contacts according to defined conditions. |
For some jobs, a segment is mandatory. Information about how segment apply to each job is described for each job separately. Find a list of all available jobs here.
Schedule
Schedule | This button saves changes and opens the Schedule Time-Based Automation (window). Here the date and time of execution are defined. |
