Responses | Define whether Engage limits the event to responses that cause deactivation. React to all responses in the selected categories: Engage does not limit the event to any types of responses. React to responses in the selected categories that deactivated contacts : Engage limits the event to responses that caused contact deactivation. Certain response types cause deactivation of email addresses that have a history of deliverability problems.

Prepared Email Message | Group: Limits the event to responses that prepared messages in a specific group generate. Select up to 15 prepared messages from the Email Message (any of the following) drop-down list.

Scheduled or Sent Email Message | Group: Limits the event to responses that scheduled or sent messages in a specific group generate. Select up to 15 email messages from the Email Message (any of the following) drop-down list.

Group | Any Group: Engage registers this event for responses that email messages in any group generate. Specific Group: Limits the event to responses that email messages in one or more specific groups generate. Select up to 15 groups from the Group (any of the following) drop-down list.

Message category | Limits the event to responses from email messages that belong to the selected message categories. Select up to 15 message categories from the Message Category (any of the following) drop-down list. For more information, see Message Categories. Message categories are not group-specific. You can use a message category to create an automation that reacts to single messages in multiple groups at once.
