Description
Response Category (any of the following)
Select one or more response categories to limit the event to responses of a certain type:
Define whether Engage limits the event to responses that cause deactivation.
React to all responses in the selected categories: Engage does not limit the event to any types of responses.
React to responses in the selected categories that deactivated contacts : Engage limits the event to responses that caused contact deactivation. Certain response types cause deactivation of email addresses that have a history of deliverability problems.
Prepared Email Message
Group: Limits the event to responses that prepared messages in a specific group generate.
Email Message (any of the following): Limits the event to responses that one or more prepared messages generate. Select up to 15 prepared messages from the Email Message (any of the following) drop-down list.
Scheduled or Sent Email Message
Group: Limits the event to responses that scheduled or sent messages in a specific group generate.
Email Message (any of the following): Limits the event to responses that one or more scheduled or sent messages generate. Select up to 15 email messages from the Email Message (any of the following) drop-down list.
Group
Any Group: Engage registers this event for responses that email messages in any group generate.
Specific Group: Limits the event to responses that email messages in one or more specific groups generate. Select up to 15 groups from the Group (any of the following) drop-down list.
Message category
Limits the event to responses from email messages that belong to the selected message categories. Select up to 15 message categories from the Message Category (any of the following) drop-down list. For more information, see Message Categories.
Message categories are not group-specific. You can use a message category to create an automation that reacts to single messages in multiple groups at once.
