    Description

    ​Response Category (any of the following)​

    Select one or more response categories to limit the event to responses of a certain type:

    • ​Blocked​

    • ​Spam Complaint​

    • ​Invalid Address​

    • ​Rejected​

    • ​Communication Failure​

    • ​Transient​

    • ​Unknown​

    ​Responses​

    Define whether Engage limits the event to responses that cause deactivation.

    • ​React to all responses in the selected categories:​ Engage does not limit the event to any types of responses.

    • ​React to responses in the selected categories that deactivated contacts :​ Engage limits the event to responses that caused contact deactivation. Certain response types cause deactivation of email addresses that have a history of deliverability problems.

    ​Prepared Email Message​

    • Group:​ Limits the event to responses that prepared messages in a specific group generate.

    • ​Email Message (any of the following):​ Limits the event to responses that one or more prepared messages generate. Select up to 15 prepared messages from the ​Email Message (any of the following)​ drop-down list.

    ​Scheduled or Sent Email Message​

    • Group:​ Limits the event to responses that scheduled or sent messages in a specific group generate.

    • ​Email Message (any of the following):​ Limits the event to responses that one or more scheduled or sent messages generate. Select up to 15 email messages from the ​Email Message (any of the following)​ drop-down list.

    ​Group​

    • Any Group:​ Engage registers this event for responses that email messages in any group generate.

    • Specific Group:​ Limits the event to responses that email messages in one or more specific groups generate. Select up to 15 groups from the ​Group (any of the following)​ drop-down list.

    ​Message category​

    Limits the event to responses from email messages that belong to the selected message categories. Select up to 15 message categories from the ​Message Category (any of the following)​ drop-down list. For more information, see ​Message Categories​.

    Message categories are not group-specific. You can use a message category to create an automation that reacts to single messages in multiple groups at once.
