Export System-wide Deactivated Contacts

Goal
To export an Excel file that contains all of the contacts in the Mapp Engage system who are deactivated system-wide.
Background Information
A system-wide deactivated contact no longer receives messages from any Mapp Engage group. A contact is automatically deactivated in the Mapp Engage system after the email address generates a specific number of responses.
When a contact is deactivated in Mapp Engage, the contact does not receive messages over any channel (email, SMS, or mobile push).
Procedure
Create a Selection
In the main navigation, click Audience > Segmentation > Selection.
Click Create.
Enter a name for the selection.
In the Basis for Condition area, select the Profile option.
In the Attribute drop-down menu, select the System-wide Deactivated option.
Click Add.
Set the selection condition to = Yes.
Click the Save & Close button.
Transfer the Selection to a New Group
In the main navigation, click Audience > Segmentation > Selection.
Next to the selection you created, click
Calculate.
Mapp Engage calculates the number of contacts in the selection.Next to the selection you created, click
Transfer.
The Transfer Selection window opens.From the radio buttons Transfer Into, select New Group.
In the Group Email Address input field, enter an email address for the group.
In the Group Name input field, enter a name for the new group.
In the Notification Addressinput field, enter the email address to receive notifications about this group.
To begin the transfer process, click the Transfer button.
The system transfers the recipients as indicated. A status message is sent via email to the address defined in step 7.
Export a List of Group Members
In the main navigation, click Automations > Automations > Time-based.
Click Create.
Enter a name and description for the automation.
Select the following job: Export Data to Server
From the Exported Data drop-down menu, select Active Members. Select the group that contains system-wide deactivated contacts.
Click Schedule.
Define when the time-based automation is executed. You can run the automation once or set a scheduled repetition.
Click Save & Activate to immediately activate the automation. Save & Close saves the automation without activating it. The system only executes active automations.
The automation is saved and activated. The automation has the status Activated, Running if the start date is immediate and Activated, Scheduled if the start date is in the future.
